R&R's story
Dora Reid and Angela (Angel) Rader started working for the Marshfield Core Center in 1994. Both started out working on the floor, checking in cores and worked their way up to customer service. In 2010, the Marshfield Core Center was closed due to an agreement between Navistar and CAT.The core center was moved to Corinth, MS.

From startup to success:
Dora and Angel decided at that time to open their own business, offering to manage Navistar dealers' eligibility and core bank. They started the business in a small room in Dora's home, using highlighters and manually filled out each transfer form. Over the last 13 years the company has grown and now has 3 employees and they operate out of a large office in Conway, MO and attempt to use modern technology.

We work with Navistar dealers helping manage their Navistar and Cummins cores. We transfer and purchase cores monthly in order to make sure that cores do not expire from the eligibility or bank. We offer customized accounting summaries of their financial reports, showing detailed breakdowns based on locations and shipment numbers. We check shipments for dealers before they are sent out to see if they need to do any part number changes to ensure that the correct cores are credited. We work closely with another company that sells Cummins cores and we work together to clean up the Cummins banks.
